We will make every effort to resolve technical support issues over the phone with your assistance.

Before calling for tech support, we recommend that you take the following steps, as this often will resolve most issues:

Step 1: Locate the router.

Step 2: Unplug the round, black power cord.

Step 3: Turn your computer completely off.

Step 4: Wait 2-3 minutes.

Step 5: Plug the black power cord back into the back of the router and make sure it turns on. You’ll see lights flashing.

What do the lights mean?

  • The light on the far left is the power light and will tell you if you have power to the router. It should be a solid light, not flashing.
  • The next light (right next to the power light) is the Internet Light. It should flicker. This is indicating that data from the internet is passing through the router to your device.

Step 6: Wait 1-2 minutes and turn your computer back on.

Step 7: Connect to the internet.
