Margaret Merrill, Co-Owner
For over 40 years, Margaret has been passionate about helping fill the gaps in the support system within Diné Communities. As an educator, problem solver, and business leader dedicated to this community, Ramah Navajo leadership and community members asked her to bring the internet to the area. Oso Internet Solutions was then born in 2015. As the only local Internet Service Provider, Margaret is proud to be a part of a team that makes it a goal to offer our customers the best internet experience possible.
Louis Uttaro, Co-Owner
With over 26 years of Internet Service experience Louis has designed, engineered, and overseen the deployment of the Wireless Broadband Network serving the Ramah Navajo Community and surrounding areas. Louis is proud to contribute to such a high degree of customer satisfaction within the Oso Internet Solutions customer base. He understands the value the internet brings to the area and is looking forward to continuing to expand and grow service within the community.
Maria Uttaro, Program Director
Maria has always had a passion for helping others. With a background in Human Resources and Higher Education, she understands the value of community, helping others, and the necessity of having the internet to help do it all. She is Lou's daughter and comes highly qualified with a Masters of Business Administration. She understands the simple trait of kindness and enjoys talking with our customers.
Ryan Merrill, Operations Support
With a degree in Business Administration, Ryan brings a strong perspective to many aspects of Oso Internet, including technical and customer support. As Margaret's son, Ryan was born into the Ramah community and has an exceptional heart for serving the area. As a problem solver, he is an asset to the team.
Pete Mayne, Technician
As a technician with Oso Internet since its beginning, Pete is vital to our business. His strengths include excellent creative problem solving, a "can-do" attitude, and a genuine love for people. We are grateful Pete is a part of the team.
